Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For professional services, refund eligibility depends on the scope of work, project status, work already performed, expenses incurred, and any written agreement between XHD Group and the client. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of future services by contacting XHD Group. Fees for work already performed, committed project time, third-party costs, or expenses already incurred may not be refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Privacy Policy

XHD Group collects only the information reasonably needed to communicate with clients, provide services, manage billing, and maintain business records. Payment information, when applicable, is processed by third-party payment providers. XHD Group does not store full credit card numbers on this website.
